Inspiration! In 2020 I will share a variety of my personal sources of inspiration. Art, books, nature, travel, and more. Join me in an exploration of your own inspiring experiences and memories. Learn how to use your personal muses to enhance your knitting experiences and add personal meaning to your projects. More info below.
Who is this for?
For those who can’t come here to the studio, we want to duplicate the experience in a box so you can explore your creativity, learn, and have fun at home. You can do the projects on your own, or get together with your own group of friends and make it a bi-monthly event. These projects also make for a great gift. Intermediate & higher skill levels.
What Yarns?
We control the process of creating the yarn, from the local Vermont farm to your doorstep.
We will be working with breed-specific wools, with yarns coming from small business farms in Vermont. One selection will come from Bobolink Yarns, a new collaboration with our neighbors at Cloverworks Farm in Albany, Vermont. We will also have yarns custom spun by Hampton Fiber Mill & Spinnery in Richmond, Vermont. Subscribe and you’ll get custom yarn just for you.

All yarns are custom designed for the specific project in mind.
The 2020 club will include personal sources of inspiration such as Frida Kahlo, Vincent van Gogh, traditional Alaskan and Lithuanian art, and my Grandmothers. We’ll learn techniques used by some of my favorite designs from the past in brand new projects designed just for you. Read the essay by me, Donna Druchunas.
